HOW TO GET TO THE SAINT PAUL

from the Airport, terminal 1 or 2:

  • Tram line 2, stop at Port Lympia.Then Bus 38 station Port Lympia,  stop La Réserve (5 stations), walk 1 mn.
  • Tram line 2, stop Port Lympia, walk 1.2 km

The timetable for tram line 2 indicates that the last departure from Terminal  2 is just after midnight. A ticket costs € 1.50. It can be used on a bus & tram line within 74 minutes of the first validation. Purchase of tickets from distributors installed on the platforms or sales counters at the airport: Terminal 1 (bus station Porte A0) & Terminal 2 (between Gate A2 / A3).

Taxi or similar, may seem unusually expensive in Nice: do not ask us how many tens of euros it takes to reach the Conference site, people in charge of the conference do not take a taxi in Nice :-).

By road:
A8. Exit 50 Promenade des Anglais – towards the port.
A8. Exit 55 Nice Est – towards the port.

Note that the center of Nice has many traffic restrictions and  there is a charge for parking every where.

Free parking:
The Saint-Paul offers its guests the exclusive use of a free car park with 80 spaces.

By bus, from the main train station (Gare Thiers)
On leaving the station, take the avenue on your left and walk a few dozen meters to the tram Line 1 station. Tram 1: from station Gare Thiers, stop Garibaldi. Tram line 2 (the station Garibaldi/le /Chateau  is 160 m away, underground)  stop Port Lympia. Bus n° 38 (Direction Riquier). Stop La Réserve. A single ticket costs € 1.50. It can be used on a bus & tram line within 74 minutes of the first validation. Purchase of tickets from distributors installed on the tram platforms.

From the Nice long-distance bus station (Gare Vauban)  
Tram Line 1: from station Vauban,  stop Garibaldi. Tram line 2 (the station Garibaldi/le /Chateau  is 160 m away, underground)  stop Port Lympia. Bus n° 38 (Direction Riquier). Stop La Réserve. A single ticket costs € 1.50. It can be used on a bus & tram line within 74 minutes of the first validation. Purchase of tickets from distributors installed on the tram platforms.

 

Bike:
From many places you can rent a e-bike.
